01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between 669jl and all users who access or use the 669jl online casino platform, including all games, promotions, payment services, customer support, and any other features or services offered through 669jl.one (collectively, the "Platform").

By completing the registration process, clicking "I Agree," or by simply accessing and using the Platform, you confirm that:

• You have read and understood these Terms in full;
• You agree to be legally bound by these Terms and any future amendments;
• You meet all eligibility requirements set out in Section 2 of these Terms;
• You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party;
• You are not accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference and form part of the overall agreement between you and 669jl.

02 Eligibility and Age Verification

To be eligible to register and use the 669jl Platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age;
• You are a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity);
• You are legally capable of entering into binding contracts under Philippine law;
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited;
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of 669jl, nor an immediate family member of such a person;
• You have not previously been self-excluded from 669jl or had your account terminated for breach of these Terms.

Age Verification Process

669jl reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to a government-issued photo ID (Philippine passport, SSS ID, UMID, driver's license, or PhilSys National ID), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the timeframe specified by 669jl may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending verification.

Any person found to have provided false information regarding their age or identity will have their account immediately terminated, all winnings forfeited, and the matter may be referred to the appropriate Philippine authorities.

03 Account Registration

One Account Per Person

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on the 669jl Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, payment methods, or IP addresses — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. 669jl employs technical and manual detection methods to identify duplicate accounts.

Accuracy of Information

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information promptly if it changes. 669jl is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information is grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of any balance.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. 669jl will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access to your account where you have failed to keep your credentials secure. You must notify 669jl support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

04 Deposits and Withdrawals

Accepted Payment Methods

669jl accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively through the following Philippine-compliant payment methods: GCash, PayMaya (Maya), and bank transfers via BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank. Debit cards linked to Philippine bank accounts are also accepted. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).

Deposit Terms

• Minimum deposit: ₱100. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and account tier.
• Deposits are credited to your account balance upon confirmation from the payment provider, typically within 60 seconds for GCash and PayMaya.
• 669jl does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.
• All deposited funds must be used for gaming purposes. Depositing funds solely for the purpose of transferring them out without gameplay is prohibited and may be treated as suspicious activity.

Withdrawal Terms

• Minimum withdrawal: ₱200. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where possible.
• Withdrawals are subject to identity verification. 669jl reserves the right to request KYC documents before processing any withdrawal.
• Standard withdrawal processing time is under five (5) minutes for GCash and PayMaya; bank transfers may take up to one (1) business day.
• 669jl reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending investigation of suspected fraud, bonus abuse, or breach of these Terms.
• Bonus funds are not withdrawable until applicable wagering requirements have been met in full.

05 Bonuses and Promotions

669jl offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion, which supplement and form part of these Terms. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion.

General Bonus Conditions

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players aged 21 and above only.
• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per player, per household, per IP address, and per device, unless otherwise stated.
• Wagering requirements must be met before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the promotion terms.
• 669jl reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses have an expiry period. Unclaimed or unused bonuses will be forfeited upon expiry.

Bonus Abuse

Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or circumvent bonus terms — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, using automated software, placing low-risk hedging bets to meet wagering requirements, or colluding with other players — will result in the immediate forfeiture of all bonuses and associated winnings, and may result in permanent account termination. 669jl's determination of bonus abuse is final.

06 Game Rules and Fair Play

All games available on the 669jl Platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules.

Random Number Generators

All RNG (Random Number Generator) games on 669jl use certified random number generation technology that has been independently tested and audited for fairness. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages are published for all RNG games and represent the theoretical long-term payout rate.

Live Dealer Games

Live dealer games are streamed in real time from certified studios. Results are determined by physical game elements (cards, roulette wheels, dice) and are not subject to RNG manipulation. 669jl is not responsible for interruptions to live game streams caused by internet connectivity issues on the player's end.

Malfunction Policy

In the event of a game malfunction, system error, or technical fault, 669jl reserves the right to void affected game rounds and refund the applicable stakes to the player's account balance. Winnings generated as a result of a malfunction are not valid and will not be paid out. 669jl's decision regarding malfunctions is final.

07 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 669jl Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, termination, forfeiture of funds, and referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false identity information, using stolen payment methods, or misrepresenting your eligibility to use the Platform.
• Money Laundering: Using the Platform to launder money or finance any illegal activity. 669jl complies with Philippine Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) requirements and will report suspicious transactions to the AMLC.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including but not limited to poker, live dealer games, or tournaments.
• Use of Automated Software: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated software to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage.
• Chargebacks: Initiating unauthorized chargebacks or payment reversals with your bank or payment provider. Any chargeback will result in immediate account suspension and recovery proceedings.
• Hacking and Interference: Attempting to access, modify, or interfere with the Platform's systems, software, or data without authorization.
• Underage Gambling: Allowing or facilitating access to the Platform by any person under 21 years of age.

08 Intellectual Property

All content on the 669jl Platform — including but not limited to the 669jl brand name, logo, website design, graphics, game interfaces, software, text, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of 669jl or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of 669jl.

09 Privacy and Data Protection

669jl collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules and regulations. Our full data handling practices are described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. You have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of your personal data, subject to applicable legal requirements and our legitimate business interests.

10 Responsible Gaming

669jl is committed to promoting responsible gambling and providing tools that help players maintain control over their gaming activity. We take our duty of care to Filipino players seriously and actively encourage all users to gamble responsibly.

Available Responsible Gaming Tools

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from your account settings. Limit reductions take effect immediately; increases require a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications after a set period of continuous play (30, 60, or 90 minutes).
• Cool-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your account for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 669jl, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill;
• Interruption of service due to technical failures, maintenance, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control;
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security;
• Losses arising from your reliance on information provided on the Platform;
• Any act or omission of a third-party payment provider.

669jl's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 669jl account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.

12 Account Suspension and Termination

669jl reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if:

• You breach any provision of these Terms;
• We have reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity;
• You fail to provide satisfactory identity verification documents when requested;
• You are found to have created multiple accounts;
• We are required to do so by applicable law, regulation, or order of a competent authority.

Upon termination for breach, 669jl reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance in your account, including bonus funds and winnings derived from prohibited conduct. Where termination is not due to your breach, any verified real-money balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

You may close your account at any time by contacting 669jl customer support. Account closure requests are processed within 48 hours. Any pending withdrawals at the time of closure will be processed in the normal course.

13 Dispute Resolution

Internal Complaints Process

If you have a complaint or dispute regarding any aspect of the 669jl Platform, you should first contact our customer support team via live chat or email at [email protected]. Our support team will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and aim to resolve it within five (5) business days.

Escalation

If you are not satisfied with the resolution provided by our customer support team, you may escalate your complaint to our Compliance Department by emailing [email protected]. Escalated complaints will be reviewed by a senior compliance officer and a final decision will be communicated within fifteen (15) business days.

Binding Arbitration

Any dispute that cannot be resolved through the internal complaints process shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc. (PDRCI). The arbitration shall be conducted in English, in Metro Manila, Philippines. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties.

14 Amendments to Terms

669jl reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, where practicable.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 12.

The most current version of these Terms will always be available at 669jl.one/terms-conditions. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the Terms were most recently revised.

15 Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

669jl operates in compliance with applicable Philippine gaming regulations, including those administered by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). Players are responsible for ensuring that their use of the Platform complies with the laws of their own jurisdiction.
